ChangeForHim stands proudly behind its products. Due to products being made to order, we don’t accept returns or size/color exchanges.

If your order is returned due to carrier error or an invalid address, we will offer to reship the order. 

If anything is lost in transit, you can contact the carrier for assistance. We are not responsible for items lost by the carrier.

If your products arrive damaged or defective, you can either request a replacement or ask for a refund within 30 days of product delivery. Photographic proof may be required.

To start the process, email us at support@changeforhim.com with your order number. Please note that reviewing your replacement request and additional processing for our team may take several days to complete.

Order modifications and cancellations are not guaranteed as your order may have already been processed or shipped.

For immediate requests, feel free to contact us with you order info and we will do our best to get back to you right away!

After placing an order, please allow 5-10 business days (excluding weekends & pre-orders) for your items to leave our warehouse. Once fulfilled, your order will be delivered via the shipping service selected at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details, so be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

PRE-ORDERS: Please refer to the item's description for the estimated fulfillment/shipping date.

Our items are typically fit-to-size, so we would recommend going up 1-2 sizes if you're looking for a loose or oversized fit!
